How It Works

Top 20, show match, and commentator eligibility are each granted by the list operator. You can request access from the Eligibility tab on your profile.

If you were sent an invite link through email it is likely that you already have eligibility to sign up for matches as it was built into the invite link you received.

If a request is denied, you can reapply after 7 days.

Open slots appear on the home page. Click Challenge a player on any open slot, select your opponent, and submit.

Depending on your eligibility you'll have the option of challenging as a show/money match or a top 20 ranked match. Upon submitting, the challenged player will receive an email and/or text notification asking them to confirm.

The slot is held for 8 hours during which no other players can submit for that slot. After that:

• The slot reopens for new challenges
• Your original defender can still confirm your match, as long as no other match has been confirmed for that slot
• If another player challenges and their defender confirms, your original challenge expires

Once your opponent confirms, the match is set. You'll receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with the details.

You can cancel the match at any point before it takes place from your profile page — all signed-up parties will be notified by email and/or SMS.

The format (9-ball, 10-ball, etc.) is chosen by the defender at the time of confirmation.

Made a mistake? There's a 5-minute window to click Undo. The defender won't be notified and the slot will reopen.

As of right now up to 20 players can be on the list at any given time. Players that are not on the list, but would like to be or have previously been are 'candidates'

You can only challenge someone ranked up to 2 slots above you. Candidates can only challenge the player at rank 19 or 20.

If the challenger wins, the two players swap rankings. A defender win leaves the rankings unchanged.

Eligible members can sign up to commentate any slot — even before a match is confirmed for it. Up to 2 commentators per slot.

To withdraw from commentating, visit the Activity tab on your profile.
