Information We Collect

When you register, we collect your first and last name, email address, and optionally your phone number and Fargo Rate player ID. No payment information is ever collected. This information is used solely to operate the match scheduling service.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to provide the scheduling service — confirming matches, notifying you of challenges, and communicating schedule updates. We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to your participation in the league.

SMS Communications

SMS notifications are sent only to users who explicitly opt in during registration. Opt-in is voluntary — the phone number field is optional and the SMS opt-in checkbox is unchecked by default. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by updating your notification preferences in your account settings. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on your match activity.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data Sharing

Your personal information — including your name, email address, phone number, and SMS opt-in status — is never sold, rented, or disclosed to any third party for any reason. We do not share data with advertisers, marketing partners, or data brokers.

The only third-party services that process your data are:

• Brevo — transactional email delivery only
• Twilio — SMS delivery to opted-in users only
• Fargo Rate — player rating lookup by member ID (read-only)

Each of these services receives only the minimum information necessary to perform their function and is contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

Data Retention and Deletion

If you would like your account and personal data removed, you may delete your account. Your email address, phone number, FargoRate ID, and password will be removed from the database. Your name may remain associated with historical match records for league integrity purposes.
